For Which Content We Use AI

Artificial intelligence may be used as a support tool for:

  • Drafts and content structures later refined by human editors
AI is never used as the sole source of information for topics requiring verifiable accuracy, such as regulatory references, statistical data, or relevant factual claims.

In accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — AI Act — and Italian Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025, any content produced with the support of artificial intelligence systems is mandatorily subject to review, verification, and approval by a qualified human operator before being published or made available to users.This means concretely that:
  • No AI‑generated content is published without being read, evaluated, and approved by a human
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations produced by AI systems are identified and corrected before publication
  • Editorial and professional responsibility for all published content remains entirely with Console Vito Samuel
  • Decisions affecting users are always made by humans and never automatically delegated to AI systems
 

Responsibility and Accuracy

Although we take all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of our content, we remind users that AI systems may produce information that is not always up‑to‑date or perfectly accurate.
